Worse customer service ever! Told I would receive my 1600.00 furniture in two weeks. Now finding out upon my own inquiry that I will not get until middle of December. They never called to inform me then said they have no control as to when I will receive the product I purchased. They offer no resolve other than a refund.

We went to American Furniture warehouse in pueblo and we were greeted by a girl name "Ana". we were looking around and we found a table we wanted to buy but we did not figure out where the price tag was. I personally didnt buy anything from you guys i live in tempe on laguna dr i walked out to get my mail and the drivers have my car pinned in and is very close to my car i asked him to move he stated i can let you out he stated if your not leaving im not moving for one they should never park that close to anyones vehicle or pinn them in im not sure what his name is but he is very rude and very much an *** id like to have him repremanded for such... Bought 6 pieces of furniture last week. the first set of delivery guys forgot part of my order and didn't properly assemble the furniture they were very nice but even said they haven't built this desk and hutch before. The second set of delivery guys brought the doors to the hutch and fixed the assembly but there was some things wrong with the hutch doors that they couldn't fix. When is the store in Greensboro North Carolina Gate City Boulevard picked up a dresser another piece talk to the manager gave me a little discount on the pieces about 50 bucks signed the papers with the salesman gave my deposit left the store 10 minutes later I got a call from the salesman saying he didn't he didn't tag it soon enough and another salesman sold it and tagging after us so they could not sell me that piece Bad Business practice... I bet advertising "used AFW" furniture on craigslist for a less than 1 yr old $550 recliner, IF I got any responses at all, would get me $25. But only because its cheaply made ***. Why else would the cushion mush down flat after 5 months? And they hide behind " technicians" whose obky job seems to be to cover for AFW...and change the focus from wgatever the reason you call about.
